What is Reavers
Reavers is a table top card game where you and a friend battle it out to see who can wipe out the opposing player’s horde of creatures. You can either carefully play and conserve your growing hand of cards, or rely on your Reaver’s special abilities to cripple your opponent.
How it works
Each player chooses one Reaver card, three random loot cards and three random creature cards. The player will then place a creature card in one of the nine slots available. Note that three creatures cannot occupy all of one row (three creature cards cannot all be placed in row 3, as seen above).
Once both players are set up, the game begins and the first player takes their turn. At the start of their turn, the player must deal one damage to an enemy creature then draw one loot card. Afterwards, the player is free to play loot cards from their hand, and have the option to use abilities from their Reaver card, should they have the required amount of energy. Once these decisions have been made, the player can end their turn and the second player’s turn starts, rotating back and forth until a player loses all of their creature cards.
Once a player has the health of all their creature cards reduce to zero, the game concludes and player with remaining creatures wins the game.
What are Reavers?
A Reaver is a Hero card that a player will choose to control before the start of the game. Energy can be spent to activate their unique abilities to influence the board and potentially win the game
The game will launch with 4 Reaver cards, with alt art cards planned for paid supporters of the game. Also, while the concepts of three of the characters are locked in, the fourth will be kept open for patrons as a way to community create a character.

Why support this?
It’s cool! I think a lot of the custom card games being cooked up lately have not only looked dope, but have been extremely fun to play. As someone who was an early subscriber to the binding of Isaac four souls project, I enjoyed the anticipation of finally getting the new cards and seeing what the team would do with the alternative art. Me and friends still play to this day and love the look and feel when Mega Satan or Dogma get revealed and we all have to sit up and start paying attention. I hope to create similar experiences for others and give back the same amount mirth I gained from games and communities alike.
